FAQs
You might be wondering how long life coaching takes to work, what happens when you commit to life coaching and what you can expect to achieve. Here are some answers to frequently asked questions, if you have any further questions, please get in contact.
Life Coaching mostly takes place in person, via Zoom or on the phone, in 50 minute sessions. You will book an allotted time for a Discovery Call, then should you wish to proceed, I will email you with the information you require and get you booked in.
That depends on what you wish to achieve. Many clients initially commit to a block of 6 life coaching sessions in order to see real sustainable change.
I will work with you and your needs. Most clients opt for one session a week then fewer as they get closer to their goal.
I am not a therapist but the process is certainly therapeutic. In order to determine and move past whatever is holding you back I draw upon strategies from CBT and REBT including Neuroplasticity and Cognitive Restructuring. However, life coaching is proactive and goal-focussed, we will work in the here and now and create a practical route to get you to where you want to be.
It’s my job to help you to clarify your goal and create a plan that will get you to where you want to be.
As your life coach I will be:
- 100% committed to your success, I will believe in you ALWAYS, even when you don’t.
- Available in between sessions for free email coaching to keep you continually supported.
- Constantly motivating, challenging and inspiring you along the way.
- Giving you a completely confidential service.
- Always providing creative ways of helping you to achieve your goals
